What 4-3 Means
Door travel limits have not been programmed, or the opener has lost them. Without learned limits the opener will not run a full cycle.
Symptoms
- 4 flashes then 3 flashes
- Door runs only while button is held
- Door does not auto-stop at limits

Travel module fault
Encoder cannot retain position.
How to Fix It
- Press and hold the Adjust button on the motor head until the up arrow LED comes on.
- Press and hold the up arrow until the door reaches the desired open position.
- Press the Adjust button again — the down arrow LED comes on.
- Press and hold the down arrow until the door is fully closed.
- Press Adjust one more time to save.
- Cycle the door twice from the wall control so the opener learns force.
