What DR Means

DR (or 'door' icon flashing) indicates the door is not detected as fully closed and latched, so the cycle cannot run.

How to Fix It

  1. Re-rack to clear interference and firmly close the door past the latch detent.
  2. Press Start within 4 seconds of closing the door.
  3. Inspect the door strike on the tub; bend tab gently if misaligned.
  4. Remove the inner door panel and ohm the latch microswitches; replace the latch assembly if a switch is open with the door closed.
