How to Fix It

  1. Disconnect power.
  2. Remove the rear access panel and disconnect the probe receptacle harness at the EOC.
  3. Measure resistance across the probe jack leads.
  4. If shorted, replace the probe receptacle / harness.
  5. If the harness reads open with the jack disconnected but the code returns, replace the EOC.
