What E20 Means

Common Causes
Food debris freezes in the drain tube.

Triggers excessive water that overwhelms drain.
Water misses the pan and runs out the front.
How to Fix It
- Unplug the unit and remove the rear freezer panel.
- Manually defrost any ice on the floor and clear the drain hole with warm water.
- Flush the drain tube to confirm flow to the drip pan at the rear lower compressor area.
- Test the drain heater (if equipped) for continuity.
- Reinstall and run a forced defrost from service mode to verify proper drainage.
