What E11 Means

The NTC temperature sensor is reporting an out-of-range value. Control board cannot trust the temperature reading.

Symptoms

  • Cycle stops shortly after start
  • No heat phase
  • Error appears repeatably at the same step

How to Fix It

  1. Power off at the breaker.
  2. Access the heat pump / NTC at the base of the dishwasher.
  3. Disconnect the NTC and measure resistance at room temp (~50k ohm class).
  4. Compare to Bosch spec sheet for the model; replace if out of range.
  5. Reseat the harness connector; clean any corrosion.
  6. Restore power and verify the cycle completes.
