What Error 9 Means
The robot does not detect the dustbin (and/or filter) seated correctly in the chassis.
Symptoms
- Voice prompt 'Please install the dustbin and filter'
- App shows Error 9
- Robot refuses to start cleaning

Common Causes
Bin needs to click firmly into place.
HEPA filter not installed in dustbin.
Some firmware refuses to run with a damp filter (after washing).
