What OFF Means

OFF (sometimes shown as 'O Ff' or 'OF F') means Demo Mode is on. Lights and display work, but the compressor will NOT run. Common after delivery from a retailer.

Symptoms

  • OFF on display
  • Lights/display normal but no cooling
  • Compressor never starts
  • Recently delivered from store

How to Fix It

  1. Press and hold Refrigerator + Ice Plus together for 5 seconds (some models: Refrigerator + Freezer).
  2. Display will beep and OFF will clear; compressor will start within a few minutes.
  3. Allow 24 hours to reach setpoint.
  4. If OFF won't clear, consult the manual for your model's exact Demo Mode toggle.
