What E11 Means
E11 means the washer is not filling with water during the wash phase within the allowed time. The washer locks for about 6 minutes.
Symptoms
- Washer fills slowly or not at all

Common Causes

Reversed hot/cold supply lines
On a new install, the hot and cold hoses are swapped.

Inadequate water supply or pressure
A partly closed valve, kinked hose, or low pressure.

Clogged inlet screens
Sediment restricts incoming water.
How to Fix It
- Confirm both supply valves are fully open and hoses are connected to the correct (hot/cold) inlets.
- Check for kinks and clean the inlet screens.
- If fill is still inadequate, test/replace the water inlet valve.
